Toxigenic mold species — particularly Stachybotrys — appear in Des Peres properties with histories of water damage or chronic moisture. They require full containment, PPE-equipped removal, and HEPA air scrubbing throughout the entire work period. Our Des Peres black mold protocol starts with confirmed species identification through certified lab analysis — not a visual assumption.
After removal, every exposed surface in your Des Peres property receives EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment specific to toxigenic species. The job closes with post-clearance air sampling and a written clearance report.
Prevention services for Des Peres properties include crawl space encapsulation, vapor barrier installation, dehumidification system design, ventilation assessments, and structural moisture intrusion identification.

Two years of musty smell in our Des Peres basement we kept blaming on old construction. Finally tested it — significant mold behind the drywall. Signs that warrant a professional Water Heater Repair inspection in your Des Peres property: visible dark spotting on walls, ceilings, or floors; persistent musty odor in bathrooms, basements, or after water events; allergy-like symptoms among occupants that improve when leaving the building; past water damage not dried within 24 to 48 hours; relative humidity consistently above 60%. Any of these in your Des Peres home or business warrants a call to +1-844-950-0723. Early inspection is almost always less expensive than delayed remediation.
