Here's the full Sublimity service lineup.
Every Sublimity emergency call gets same-day response as the operational standard. We don't send a technician to "assess and schedule" — our crews arrive with everything needed to begin containment and remediation on the first visit.
HEPA air scrubbers, negative pressure containment, industrial dehumidifiers, antimicrobial supplies — Sublimity emergency crews arrive with everything deployed on arrival. We stop the spread before it reaches unaffected areas.
Sublimity homeowners finding mold in their home need three things immediately: a complete picture of the scope, a clear binding price, and fast professional action. Biotech Plumbing Services delivers all three — thermal imaging, air sampling, written estimate, and IICRC S520 protocol from the first inspection through final air clearance testing.
We coordinate with homeowners insurance carriers in Sublimity when situations qualify. Documentation is prepared for carrier submission from day one — inspection reports, lab results, photo documentation, remediation scope, and clearance reports.
Commercial mold in a Sublimity business creates liability exposure, regulatory risk, and operational disruption simultaneously. Biotech Plumbing Services plans every Sublimity commercial project around your schedule — containing affected zones without shutting down what doesn't need to be stopped.
Post-remediation verification reports are provided on every Sublimity commercial project — meeting insurance carrier, OSHA, and property management requirements. Call +1-844-950-0723 for a Sublimity commercial site assessment.
If inspection finds no actionable issue in your Sublimity property, we tell you that honestly. We don't manufacture work that isn't needed.
Pre-sale mold inspections in Sublimity are among our most requested services — buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders need documented mold status before transactions close. Our reports meet both insurance submission and real estate disclosure requirements in Sublimity, OR.
Toxigenic mold species — particularly Stachybotrys — appear in Sublimity properties with histories of water damage or chronic moisture. They require full containment, PPE-equipped removal, and HEPA air scrubbing throughout the entire work period. Our Sublimity black mold protocol starts with confirmed species identification through certified lab analysis — not a visual assumption.
After removal, every exposed surface in your Sublimity property receives EPA-registered antimicrobial treatment specific to toxigenic species. The job closes with post-clearance air sampling and a written clearance report.
Prevention services for Sublimity properties include crawl space encapsulation, vapor barrier installation, dehumidification system design, ventilation assessments, and structural moisture intrusion identification.

Found black mold in our Sublimity home after a hidden plumbing leak. Called Biotech Plumbing Services at 9 PM expecting voicemail. Someone answered immediately. Crew was at our Sublimity property the next morning with a written estimate before they looked at anything. Done in 48 hours, air clearance test passed, price matched exactly what they quoted. That's exactly how it should work.
I manage commercial properties in Sublimity and I've dealt with enough remediation contractors to know the difference. Biotech Plumbing Services knows the protocol — contained the Sublimity property, kept adjacent tenants operational, complete insurance documentation at close. They're the only company I call for Sublimity commercial remediation now.
Called Biotech Plumbing Services for a Sublimity crawl space inspection after heavy rain flooding. They found early-stage mold before it spread, treated it, encapsulated the crawl space, and the follow-up test was clean. Catching it early saved me from a much bigger remediation cost. Should have scheduled an inspection sooner.
